Mark H. Kittel, P.E., testified in a case involving a motorcycle hit by a tanker trailer in which the jury awarded verdict of $4.7 million. The accident involved a commercial truck and motorcycle and occurred on a narrow mountain roadway in California. The main issue was determining which vehicle crossed the center line and caused the collision.

Mark H. Kittel, P.E. recently testified in a case in Idaho which resulted in a $1.8 million verdict for the plaintiff. The case involved a commercial truck towing a trailer, which was impacted by a motorcycle. The main issues were the speed of the motorcycle and whether the truck failed to stop at the posted stop sign.
