Senior Mechanical Engineer:
We are seeking a highly qualified Mechanical Forensic Engineer with experience in the fields of failure analysis and vehicle accident reconstruction. Candidate should be a motivated self-starter looking for a great opportunity for growth. Candidate will be responsible for developing and growing mechanical forensic work in the area of accident reconstruction.
A successful candidate needs to have an extensive background in automotive systems and vehicle dynamics with a focus on safety standards and product design. This position will require investigation and engineering analysis of product failures, reconstruction of vehicular accidents and preparation of written reports for clients. Preferred candidates will have testimony experience related to vehicular accident reconstruction in federal and/or state courts.
Candidate must have strong analytical skills and pay extreme attention to detail. Must have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to deliver presentations to clients for the purposes of both litigation support and marketing. Candidate needs to have a positive personality to interact with both clients and colleagues. Candidate must be results-driven and passionate about solving problems.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of professional experience
- Must have a PE license
- Must have knowledge of automotive mechanics and systems
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable
- Knowledge of EDCRASH & PC Crash is highly desirable
- ACTAR certification is highly desirable
- Skills in photography are highly desirable
Mechanical Engineer:
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer. This candidate reports to a professional engineer and will work in the areas of vehicle accident reconstruction, product liability, failure analysis, vehicular systems and components, mechanical systems and component, industrial and consumer product design and safety engineering. Candidate should have strong analytical and technical skills. Candidate should be a motivated self-starter looking for a great opportunity for growth.
Candidate’s duties include gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document conditions, and performing literature research. Candidate must possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have knowledge of automotive mechanics & systems
- Fundamentals of Engineering Certification highly desirable
- Skills in photography are highly desirable
