At Knott Laboratory, we have developed Interactive Community Mapping (ICM) to relay repair information, pictures, scheduling and construction details to home owners, property managers and contractors. Have you ever attended a Monday night board meeting and had to wait or answer specific questions pertaining to Mrs. Johnson’s unit at 302B? Interactive Community Mapping (ICM) provides an easy way for everyone’s questions to be answered without one hand raised! We create a detailed topographical layout of your home owners association complex and present it through a web browser. These clickable maps provide all the information about a specific unit including changes to be made, start/completion dates of work, current progress and loads of pictures. All this information is provided at the back of the meeting hall on a couple laptops and significantly reduces the length of your board meetings while keeping all happy!
