Mark H. Kittel, P.E., testifies in $4.7 million jury case

Mark H. Kittel, P.E., testified in a case involving a motorcycle hit by a tanker trailer in which the jury awarded verdict of $4.7 million.  The accident involved a commercial truck and motorcycle and occurred on a narrow mountain roadway in California.  The main issue was determining which vehicle crossed the center line and caused the collision.
