Richard M. Ziernicki, Ph.D., P.E., recently testified in a case involving a fatal collision between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer in North Dakota.
Following the trial, the jury foreman advised the lead attorney that the jury had benefitted significantly from Dr. Ziernicki’s testimony, and that the jury thought he was “very down to earth.” The foreman also stated that Dr. Ziernicki’s presentation was easy to follow and made sense to them.
